Rescue Remedy was created by Dr Bach. Mel has completed a course in Bach Flower prescription and often uses the Bach remedies in her clinic. Rescue Remedy has five Bach Flowers in it but there are nearly 40 different remedies that can be mixed for different emotional states. Rescue Remedy is the perfect all rounder for stress and anxiety and to deal with emergencies and crisis. It can be used to assist in coping with exams, stressful projects, interviews, accidents and death. It may assist is relaxation and create calmness.
