The beautiful accommodation of Cabins In The Clouds in Vacy, around an hour from Newcastle, is the perfect setting to unpack, unwind and reset. ⠀

During our 3 days together we will enjoy nutritious meals, breath work and yoga sessions led by Claire Walshe, head yoga instructor at Verve For Life. You will only eat lovingly hand prepared food from Nutritionist and Naturopath Mel all weekend long and Mel will also teach you some tips and tricks to take home.

You will also have time to pick both Mel and Claire’s brains. Both women have a wealth of knowledge on a range of topics with many qualifications between them, but most importantly experience is health and healing.

This is an intimate affair with only 10 places and you will share accom with your lovely hosts.

There is a warm fire and a hot spa to relax in and no-one goes hungry on Mel’s watch!

Accommodation is twin share, each room has a bathroom.
